You & Me with JustNick

Hello friends!
Valentine's Day is just around the corner and JustNick has loads of wonderful cut files for your projects. However, today I am sharing a non-Valentine themed project using the new Heart Cluster file.
The project began with my duplicating the file in several sizes and cascading it down the page. I cut it on white card stock, backed it with a floral-patterned paper (Paige Evans' Turn the Page collection), and splattered it with ink.
I continued with the same file and used the offset feature on my Silhouette to create the next set of hearts. Once this was cut, I used several of the patterned papers and backed the heart clusters in a rainbow-like color scheme. This piece was adhered to the white card stock over the previously cut hearts with foam squares.
My photo was next and it was backed with patterned paper and placed on top of the hearts. Since the layout was already very bright, I printed the photo in black and white.
Embellishments were next and I clustered several of the floral die cuts from the same Paige Evans collection around the photo. I placed my title next and also added some bunches of white thread for more texture.
I journaled a bit below the photo and placed puffy flower stickers and enamel dots on the page.
At the last minute, I added the gold washi tape down the left side to anchor everything.
Thank you for visiting today and I hope you are inspired to create! Be sure to visit the JustNick shop for this and many other files for your projects.
